How Your Sponsorship Supports the Summit

Your financial support will be directed toward the following areas:

• Summit Event Support: General expenses associated with organizing, coordinating, and presenting the conference.
• Venue and Rental Space: Costs for meeting rooms, gathering spaces, and facilities needed to accommodate summit participants and activities.
• Catering and Hospitality: Providing refreshments, meals, and hospitality services for attendees, speakers, and participating organizations.
• Technology and Audio Recording: Supporting audiovisual equipment, technical assistance, virtual participation, and recording of summit presentations and discussions.
• Documentary Film Support: Helping cover expenses associated with documentary film programming and related presentation activities.
• Printing and Conference Materials: Producing printed agendas, informational handouts, signage, and other materials that support the summit experience.

These contributions help provide the resources necessary for a productive, accessible, and well-organized gathering while supporting opportunities for collaboration and continued engagement.
